JH performs for elementary students once a month. During worship practice, Garrison, in his fifth year advising student worship, shares his views about how far his students have come.

“The first semester they get to experience everything from instruments to vocals and second semester is us plugging them into what they are really passionate about,” Garrison said. “I also give them an opportunity to step outside of their comfort zone.”

The worship team will perform next month in February.
