The class of 2018 closes their high school career as they look forward to their future beyond FC. Before graduation, The Feather chose seniors to spotlight every week to get to know them a little better. This is the 2018 senior spotlight of Jenna Bynum.

How long have you attended FCS?

Since pre-school.

What’s your favorite hobby?/ what do you do in your free time?

Playing soccer and cheering, I played soccer for all four years of high school and cheered for two.

What’s your plan after you graduate?

I plan to attend Fresno Pacific University with a major in liberal studies and become a special education teacher!

What has been your favorite thing about high school?

My favorite thing about high school is all of the friends I made along the way and finally was able to realize who my real friends are!

What advice would give students about high school that you wish you knew?

I would tell students not to listen to what everybody has to say and always be yourself. Don’t change to fit in with a group; it’s okay to stand out and be different!
