Fresno Christian mother and Peoples Church pastor Alisha Moore, speaks in chapel, Oct. 23.
Moore’s message was based around the idea of bubble wrap. This symbolized protection and that when followers trust in the Lord, they won’t need to cover themselves with a theoretical, “bubble wrap”.
The pastor’s message emphasized the fact that people are all different and everyone may feel the need to protect themselves at different times, and in different ways.
Moore is a mother of four and a children’s minister. When not taking care of her four children, Alisha can be found sharing the gospel to other kids.
Originally from Surprise, Arizona, the Moore family moved to Fresno two years ago. Her son, Andrew Moore, ’21, is a second year student at FCS.
She centered the lesson around several verses from the book of Luke.
Every Tuesday a speaker visits FC to share a message in chapel, so if you aren’t able to be on campus, tune in to @thefeatheronline‘s Instagram live videos.
