Fall sports teams are recognized and awarded at the annual fall sports banquet, Nov. 17.

Coaches of each team give a small speech to recap their season. They also highlight individual athletes who stood out from the team by giving them a plaque.

Awards given ranged from MVP, rookie of the year, best defensive player/offensive player and Eagle award.

After coaches spoke about season accomplishments, the teams break off into seperate classrooms for more personal speeches about each athlete. During this time, deserving players were awarded first team all league chevrons, varsity letters and varsity sports patches.

The list below includes athletes who recieved the MVP award.

Football– Anthony Lonardo, ’19. 

Tennis– Ashley Zamarripa, ’19.

Volleyball– Kamryn Schultz, ’19.

JV volleyball– Ellen Scully, ’21.

Athletes now jump into the next season of winter sports including soccer and basketball.
