Junior high and high school cheer teams prepare for the upcoming competition season, Nov. 30. Since the end of the 2017-18 school year, both cheer teams condition and prepare for this year’s competition season.
In their third year of competing, the junior high team, led by first-year JH coach Rayna Endicott, will compete with four other junior high teams around the city for the first place prize at the CIF Central Section Cheer and Dance Championships, Dec. 1.

The high school team competes in Division II against four other schools. After preparing the routine for over three months, they are prepared to compete.
The annual CIF competition is held at Buchanan High School, Dec. 1. Junior high competes at 12:06 p.m., high school follows with their performance at 1:54 p.m. Awards will be held at 2:45 p.m.
