FCS students, join us at the north field for the 7th annual bonfire rally on October 21st.
This year, the event occurred at the Fresno Christian Football fields instead of the Poplin home. The Annual Bonfire, once confined to its traditional meeting place, has now found a new home within the school grounds, defying expectations and proving that bigger can indeed be better. (Even if it is at the school!)
The fiery spectacle has outgrown its former location, yet the spirit of excitement and enjoyment remains undiminished. This unexpected venue change has added a refreshing twist to the festivities, ensuring that the event is not only as lively as ever but also infused with a renewed sense of energy.
Students indulged in the festivities with s’mores, hotdogs, and exciting games like spikeball and volleyball.
Cheer Coach Hope Villines will kick off the event by introducing her team, and showcasing thrilling stunts.
Following that, Football head coach Mick Fuller will introduce his team in anticipation of Friday’s game against Orcutt.
The excitement doesn’t end there—Friday will also feature the unveiling of the class floats for homecoming. Students have been working non-stop, hiding their progress and plans from the other classes.
