Fourteen Central Valley boys basketball teams go head to head during The Pagmeter Showcase at Fresno Christian for the third year in a row, Jan. 22. The Eagles matched up against rival, Fowler Redcats, and were defeated (60-57). 

For many players, the tournament was an opportunity to catch a scout’s attention in order to win scholarships for college basketball programs.

Boys varsity basketball is currently (4-0) in the CIF, East Sierra League, winning their last game on Jan. 24 against WCPA (92-50). Their next home games are against Alpaugh, Jan. 27 and Laton, Jan. 28.
