Lorne Bell speaks to students

[/media-credit] Each week, a new speaker delivers a message to FC students, Jan. 28.

The Fresno County Fellowship of Christian Athlete area rep and the chaplain for the Fresno State football team, Lorne Bell speaks in chapel to FC students, Jan. 28.

As a Fresno State football alum, Lorne also serves alongside Brad Bell as the Fresno State football team co-chaplain.

Bell speaks about creation, explaining to students how God created the heavens and the earth. He references Psalms 33:6-9 which says, “By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth. He gathers the waters of the sea into jars he puts the deep into storehouses. Let all the earth fear the Lordlet all the people of the world revere him. For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm.”

While in college, Bell played on the Fresno State football team as a defensive back. He was selected for the Paul Schechter Courage Award winner for working hard to overcome his injury he suffered in the final regular game of the 2007 season.

You can find Bell speaking to high school students who are in Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), and working with the Fresno State team as their chaplain.

If you need prayer, the leadership team is open to pray with students!
